We offer both telehealth and in-office visits to make your care as convenient and comfortable as possible.

We primarily provide care for adults and older adults, with limited services available for teens ages 14 and up. Christine, our Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, is trained and licensed to care for patients of all ages. However, her expertise and focus are in adult and geriatric care.
Yes! We offer house calls by special appointment for established patients who are homebound. This service is available in Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Prince George’s County, Maryland.

We currently accept Medicare Part B, Cigna, Aetna, Anthem, Humana, and CareFirst in addition to self pay options.
No problem! If you need to cancel or reschedule, simply give us a call at (703) 261-4184 during business hours. You can also manage your appointment through the service you used to book, such as Zocdoc, the patient portal, or Phreesia self-scheduling.

Beginning March 1, 2025, a $50 no-show fee will apply to appointments that are missed without notice. To avoid this fee, please contact us at least one hour before your scheduled time if you need to cancel.
We understand that unexpected things can come up — there is no fee for same-day cancellations made more than one hour in advance. Thank you for helping us provide timely care to all our patients.
We’ll help you prepare every step of the way! If you schedule your visit in advance, you’ll receive helpful text and email reminders 5 days, 3 days, and 1 day before your appointment. For same-day appointments, these messages will be sent shortly after scheduling.
For new patients, we’ll ask you to complete a few forms, share your personal and health information, and submit any applicable copays.
For returning patients, you’ll just need to review and update your information if anything has changed, and pay any applicable copays.
About 30 minutes before your appointment, we’ll send you a text and email with a secure link for your video visit—just make sure your registration is complete ahead of time.
If Christine determines that lab work or imaging is needed during your virtual appointment, she will send the order electronically to Labcorp or another testing facility convenient to you.
You can also download a copy of your order from the desktop version of the patient portal by navigating to “My Health” and then “Health Reminders.” (Please note: this feature is not available on mobile devices.)
Yes, we offer a limited selection of lab and point-of-care testing in our office by appointment. If you need in-person testing, just let us know—our team will be happy to help schedule it and answer any questions you may have.
Yes, we offer a non-emergency after-hours helpline for urgent medical concerns that can’t wait until regular business hours. A clinician will get back to you within a few hours.
If you’re experiencing a true medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
For non-urgent matters, we encourage you to send us a message through the patient portal. These messages are reviewed within 2 business days.
The most efficient way to reach your provider is by sending a secure message through the patient portal. This ensures your message gets to the right place quickly, and helps us respond promptly with our small, dedicated team.
